CAT Consulting Service, LLC was established to provide management services for the planning, design and construction of residential and commercial buildings.  Our Team has managed over $30 million of construction projects providing a full range of services to a variety of clients.

 

 

 

 

Our Services

CAT Consulting Service is a design/build company.  We are able to assist our cliens with the full scope of any developement project including acquisition and resale.  We have provided Energy Audits, Project Programming, Design, Construction  and Construction Management services tailored to our client’s project mission and program requirements.  Our primary area of focus is High Performance residential construction.

What is Green

"GREEN" Construction provides a more comfortable, healthier, more durable and more energy efficient buildings.  US Green Building Council and Energy Star have established guidelines, that if followed would reduce buildings energy useage by 40%-60%.
