CAT Consulting Service has, since 2012 produced three (3) LEED Platinum, gut rehab projects in NorthWest Washington DC as accredited by US Green Building Council and is considered the TOP producer of LEED Plainum properties in DC. Of those projects, one was modeled to be NET ZERO and was awarded as USGBC National Capitol Area "2014 Project of the Year - Home".

We have also constructed 2 ground up (new construction) , LEED Platinum town homes in NorthEast DC.

CAT Consulting Service is also a Certified Passive House Builder.
